Potato pancakes “Belarusian Draniki”
Ingredients:
dried potatoes, wheat flour, potato starch, iodized cooking salt, dried milk cheese whey, dried onions, baking powder – baking soda.
Cooking method:
Cover 100 g of the contents with 230 ml cold water, leave for 15 minutes to grow, mix thoroughly. Heat a pan, pour vegetable oil, take a tablespoon of the mixture, put it on the pan, forming small pancakes. Fry on both sides.
Useful life – 12 months.
