Dried baking yeast
Instructions for use:
Add ½ cup of warm water (max. 43 оС) to 10 g of dried yeast, leave in warm place for 30 min. After yeast dissolves, add ½ cup of flour, one tablespoon of sugar, mix and leave for 2 hours at 35 оС, then add 500 ml warm water and 1 kg flour.
Useful life – 12 months.
